We present a case of a woman with severe vaginal vault prolapse (vaginal eversion) associated with syntomatic rectal prolapse (OOS), rectocele and enterocele trealed with transanal rectal resection (TRANSTAR procedure) and simultaneous posterior colpoperineoplastic. The importance of identifying and correcting such prolapse while performing surgery for constipation has been emphasized by coloproctologists and urogynecologists. These additional procedures contribute to the overall success of the surgical management of the "pelvic floor prolapse"
